B&R Ex Systems is a new division of B&R Enclosures, formed in 2009 when there was a synergy between highly experienced people becoming available and B&R Enclosures desire to better serve this industry.
B&R Enclosures
B&R Enclosures was founded by Dick Bridges in 1955 to specialise in the fabrication of enclosures for domestic electrical metering equipment. Since that time B&R has dedicated itself to strategically growing the company, adding manufacturing facilities and incorporating state of the art design techniques to increase the range, availability, quality and value of products. The company remains an Australian family owned and operated company with a national focus and an increasing international distribution channel.
Quality - Every product we make is quality assured with B&R's certification to ISO 9001:2008 and accreditation to the Australian Stainless Steel Development Association (ASSDA) .

Materials - B&R use only high quality materials. Our enclosures are manufactured in zinc coated steel and 316 stainless steel. These materials offer superior protection for enclosures exposed to the Australian environment, making them longer lasting in service.
David MacAlpine - General Manager
David has been involved in the Electrical Industry specialising in Hazardous Areas for the past 36 years, and has worked for leading companies such as Joy Manufacturing, Cooper Crouse Hinds and Clipsal Stahl Ex (now called as CSE.Ex).
He was the Chairman of AEEMA HAE Division for 8 years and is still active on several prominent committees including P8 and EL14.
With his experience he brings vast knowledge and understanding of the industry.
